Making $$$ with limited HTML skills

How difficult will it be to make money in this business with limited HTML skills?
I have a very basic understanding, and have used Front Page to build a couple of personal websites, so it's not all completely foreign and I'm a pretty fast learner.

Also, I assume most of you don't use Front Page... but what are you using?

I do all the coding myself.. below are three sites that can help you learn...

www.w3schools.com (to master HTML,XTML, flash and other programming skills)

www.good-tutorials.com (to learn Adobe photoshop)

www.cozyacademy.com ( to learn about the adult webmaster business... I'm just a beginner myself so my suggestion is to start with a "Free site")

Even DW3 and 4 will be far enough ok to do what you want to do with galleries and freesites etc

http://www.htmlgoodies.com you can use notepad to code any page. There are some good free editors out there as well. Mozilla composer, crimson editor (text based) to name a few

i suggest to learn and understand all html code before using html editor like dreamweaver.. it will make u easy to create webpages if you know HTML well... start to basic... try creating a page in notepad... from text, table, div, span, frame etc... i guarantee you'll find it easy to use any html editor if you know manual html coding well...

dreamweaver is really good at handling tables, frames, etc. it's easy to build them there... go get dreamweaver.

Learn some basic HTML coding and you will be just fine. But use Dreamweaver, it's far better and much easier. Especialy for HTML rookies like you and me.

To answer if you can profit with limited html skills, yes of course. You could use wordpress, open a blog, and that system is pretty plain english with lots of none html assistants to get you going. Of course you would need to learn how to make cross links and handle non issues. JUst a thought, beyond that, suck it up and learn html at least.

Not difficult at all.

i started out getting roughly 200 bucks a month ( when i started out )
with a site that just had 6 pics and a few links on it.

to answer your question, its very simple.

to maximize how much your simple site generates, you must know what kind of internet traffic visits your site.
