I'm looking for an affiliate link tracking software that will allow us to integrate thousands of adult webmaster programs on a site and instead of displaying the standard affiliate URL they give us, we rather track them all through a script/software of some sort.
So, to search engines and the end user, they will only see something that looks like:
somewidgetsitehere.com/?215
or
somewidgetsitehere.com/redirect215
...or any other number of possibilities the affiliate tracking software might provide. In the above example, the affiliate ID for that particular affiliate is "215."
From this point we want to simply be able to manage all outbound affiliate links from software and, if any programs die off, we can change the affiliate link within the software console and not have to search around on the site for possibly 20 or more occurances of that one link.
In other words, change it once in the tracking software and it changes the link everywhere on the site.
It would be nice to see stats of most popular links clicked and other stats as well from the affiliate tracking software.
Does anyone know of such a thing? Is there a better way to track multiple affiliate links from one site?
