Looking for Hosting which will allow...

Hi there!, i'm building new site but my current host has many limitations could you tell me of a host which has the following features:

• Ssh shell access
• AW Stats Installed or meets req for installation
• php5
• imagemagic
• phpbb ready to intall or metts req for installation
• 100GB or more montly transfer 4 no more than 15 bucks
• Allows to run CGI scripts and PHP programs
• Good support (12hr or less helpticket turn around)
  • No outrageous setup fee
  • FTP Access
  • SSI
  • Pre-installed CGI Scripts
  • Xoops
  • Coppermine
  • Autoresonder support
  • PERL 5
  • Access to Raw log files

I currently have Servage which is awesome when it comes to Bandwith (~1TB for 7.5mo.), storage (~75000 MB), uptime and support .... but they dont support AWstats, i cant execute php programs, dont have ssh shell access or telnet (so i CANT use AGSQL CronJobs... the lack of this feature 's got me so fucked up...i have to build my gallys manually everyday! ).

The bandwith is a big deal for me!, so far i'm using 30GB a month with out any problems with servage.........

Any GOOD recommendations????

Ive asked quite a few times now ... but they say i better use a PHP script .....rather than using ssh or telnet..., ive tried to do it through their crontab... but it doesnt work....

i'lll check hotshead in the mean time....

anyone else?
