I need a script for Affiliate Account Info

Hey guys!

I am just wondering if anyone knows of software that is pretty much a simple database that allows you to keep track of all the various affiliate program login info I have. Perhaps as well as a place that keeps banner/linking info as well. Thanks for all the replies that will hopefully roll on in
