You already have a sig with your ICQ number in it.
Anything that's automatically added to every post of yours is your sig. It doesn't need to have a picture in it.

You can add other stuff to promote webmaster programs. You can also rent your sig to others if you offer it in the buy and sell part of the forum.

Or you can rent other people's sig and try to make money with the traffic that generates.

I'm not sure I understand this one, but you can make a sig somewhere in the user control panel in the upper left of the navigation bar.
