Any suggestions for affiliate program management software? It seems like a lot of people use NATS- which is expensive- and CC Bill- which is not very flexible. What else is out there?

well you have to pay for quality - nats has done well with me, people trust it. ccbill isnt that bad, you can work around alot of things you want to accomplish, even setup cascading billing creatively
I started with ccbill myself then ported to nats. its not overly expensive, just at startup - the lite package is 150 a month and thats the cost of most peoples cable tv and internet bill with telephone hehe just my 2 cents.
