webcam streaming software for members area

Right now im using webcam32 trial to see how it works and it does the job however the stream is slow and not very "smooth" probly a 2-3 second delay on the stream image update. so its quite slow. need a better solution of how to figure out how to make it update faster

If there is anyone that has experience with this and is willing to help me please let me know.
