Just wanted to ask the guys building sites, what dimensions are you designing to? Is 800 x 600 the new standard? Or are you jumping up to 1024?

I seem to be finding a lot of disparity on what, how & which way potential customers are viewing sites. Is there a site or publication that keeps track & posts these kinds of stats? Any help is greatly appreciated...

i think 800x600 is the best way or you can use liquid design

25% of the traffic to my last site was running 800x600, so I had to make sure it looked at least acceptable at that resolution. I think it would be nuts to push away 25% of your potential sales.
