Design offer for newbies?

Hi,
well i was thinking alot about this, and because this is the main NEWBIE board, i'd like to have a say here.

I'm not an oldtimer, and i don't have years of experience in adult design, but i do have years of experience (and like a year in porn).

So i was wondering if Newbies, that wanna open their first sites or so, would like a special offer\discount on designs and ofcourse as many tips\help as i can offer.
maybe just tips if you don't need a design.
