Question about sponsor program

Have a sponsor who wants to set up and host site with our exclusive content. Will be sold bundled with their other sites and marketed through existing network of resellers. Been promised they wont bundle new site on sales to existing, but will bundle on sales to new site.

Being offered 35% of whats left and told that is industry standard?

Never done this before so anything should know, look out for or ask would be helpful,

Interesting, you would have to see how they would track your sales. What program they use to integrate it. The percentage i'm not sure of as it is your material. However hosting/marketing is a grand expense. I assume you have your existing paysite up?

BTW, whomever you deal with, make sure your costs go in before the "what's left".
