getting webmasters

what's the best way to get webmasters for a new affiliate program? we've got a new website ultimateeverything.com and our affiliate program is ultimatesexcash.com. Please check it out and let me know the best way to get good webmasters helping us out or if there's anything others are offering that we aren't.

I'd say the first thing you could do is put a link to your webmaster-site in your sig here. Maybe there are other forums where you can do that aswell. I'm new here, don't know.

Post answers in the forums, be useful there and you should get some exposure for your link for free as well as build a reputation.

Another idea would be to just advertise your site on webmaster-resource sites.

You should also register in all lists/directories of adult affiliate programs you can find.

Then you can work on your conversion rate of new webmaster:visitor.

You can increase this by offering bonuses of some sort for signing up.

And offer a two-tier system so that webmasters can refer other webmasters. (Don't know if you have one yet.)

You can also have a look at your competition to see how they do it in case I've missed something. ;)

I've just been taking a look at your site and I see that you have contradictory information there. The banner says that you get 60% on signup and 40% recurring, but when I click on benefits it says 50% on signup and 25% recurring.

That's not a good sign. You also say something about many bonuses and additional signups and upsells, but this is very unspecific.

If you have a great offer, you have to represent it well.

Tell the webmasters which bonuses you offer, which upsells, tell them why you convert and why you are special.

You should also see that your conversion rate is good if you want to retain your webmasters/ keep them active. They are in this for the money and it's your job to keep the conversion rate as high as possible so I would test and optimize this all the time.

Thanks okay, second question....what's this whole PR2, PR5 PRthing for rating websites? I was looking into hardlinks and I keep seeing that, but I have no clue what it actually stands for.
