    maintaining traffic

    hey everyone.

i started trading traffic about a week ago and it started up pretty well. it grew in 3days that my top trader was sending 4k+ daily, second 2.5k+, and the next three around 1k+ each before the rest being in late 100's which i thought was pretty good after a cpl of days.

the only problem was i was giving out the right amounts to keep everyone growing further, apart from my top trader. I couldnt giv them enough back because they were sending me the most i couldnt send them more back.
They eventually stopped which lowerered my daily traffic not allowing me to giv back enough to the next trader who was on top... then so on and so on... so they dropped like flies and now the site sending me the most traffic is only 100 per 24 hours.

this is my first site so i just want to know if there is a method people use to maintain their traffic and to make it grow?

    Any help will be great

TrafficHolder.com has some great traffic if you're buying some to keep the trades going. Great productivity.

If you're just starting out, you really need to feed it some to keep the trades afloat. If you don't it kind of dries up really fast (as you've seen).

Yep. The best thing you can do is keep at it and not get discouraged. You just got to keep on trucking so to speak.

(TIP), you'll find that everytime you start a new site this same kind of ambition will set in

Hm. My basic idea here would be to buy traffic to send to your site and only then start trading. You need something to trade first before you want to trade.

But then you can trade as you like and build it from there. Over time you can lower your expenses on buying traffic a litte and see if you can still keep up your trading commitments. You should get some spillover from one trader to the other, so you could lower your traffic-buying quickly. You definitely have to build your own traffic first before you can stop spending money for traffic and that may take some time.

                  But that makes me think:

How does one get that "own traffic"?

How do you get "traffic that sticks"?

                  Is it all bookmarks?
