Basically is there any reason why thumb pics shouldnt show on my website if all the HTML coding is correct? ... is it the browsers? for my pornstar section all the thumbs can be seen via my desktop PC but through my laptop only some can be seen .. most can't.... my amateur section none of the pics can be seen on either/or Desktop or laptop... any help is appreciated everyone...

when i right click it gives protocal, dimensions and URL ... everything else it says N/A ... weird thing is when i work on my desktop and upload it to the Web Server it shows on the desktop browser but not in the laptop... same is true when i work on the laptop instead of the desktop.... should not be like that if the URL is correct and the HTML is correct...

Sounds like you have the img src url pointing to a location on your hard drive instead of a relative link. That would make it show up on the pc you worked on it on, but not on others. I've seen Dreamweaver do this on a friend's pc.

give me a example.. because i work on the site on both computers... also one friend of mine doesnt see it on her computer.. the thumbs but another friend of mine does see the thumbs on her computer...

I don't know if it is that because i upload all the images to my Web Host and the links should be relative there and not have anything to do with the computers i use... no? ....

sorry didnt read it till this morning.... www.asiansexkittens.net .... it's still under construction so don't mind the mess it is currently in lol .. anyways like i said i had two different people look at it in their computers.. one can see the thumbs the other can't.. today i couldn't see anything on IE on my desktop ... other days i can... but yet on AOL's browser on the same computer i can see everything etc.. etc... do not know what is going on because i checked the HTML coding and all is fine..

one suggestion is to download the free version of say vanilla http://www.vanillatgp.com so you can crop your own thumbs and not hotlink the thumbs from the galleries and squash them down makes them look shitty

I have this same problem and it doesn't make sense. My gf can't see thumnails on her PC (especially imageshack ones), and sometimes even Flash clips.

However, I can see all the thumbs on my home PC and my PC at work. All the PC's in question are using WinXP Pro btw.

Any Mac users experiencing this as well? It happens on both Firefox and IE on my gf's PC.

If I may ask, what are the browsers being use? The only possible problem is the img tag. There might be some problem with that.

believe me nothing wrong with the coding... below is some example from my site.. like i said some computers can see all the thumbs and others not one.. or very few.... the X's are because of privacy reasons on this board... my ID# for the sponsor i use... tell me if you see any wrong with the coding because i dont and like i said on my PC i can see everything but not on my laptop... IE ,Netscape and AOL browsers are used...

thank you for pointing out the 007 one... but that doesnt explain the others...like ive said before i can see all the thumbs via my PC computer using the IE and AOL browsers on that one but not on my Laptop IE and AOL Browsers.. it is not the coding... that i am sure of...

oh yeah, not the codes. I've navigated thru and I saw the list of files but I can't view a single picture... and an error always came up.

Take out the clear="all" and see if the images show up on all pc's. It's kind of a shot in the dark, but could be an display issue with the different pc's/browser versions, etc.

If that does happen to fix it, try putting it after the end div tag before the other line breaks.

I havent read your posts till today.... unfortunately I took a different approach. My Web Host told me that the files were probably corrupted and that i should resave the files and upload them again. So I did it from my laptop computer and the images seem to show now. Let me know if you see them... www.asiansexkittens.net ... I guess I will have to do all my work from my laptop instead of my desktop...

Well I see your thumbs, but many of your banners seem to be corrupted as well. Directly viewing in firefox gives the following error:

"The image (url) cannot be displayed, because it contains errors."

Also when I view it in a hex editor your files have no standard jpeg headers, infact its just gibberish. You may need to reupload those files again, you may have accidently uploaded them using ASCII mode which would corrupt your files like that, always use binary mode (of course that's just a guess).
