    What shall I use for web graphics editing?

    Hi Everybody!
    We'd like to open a new department for web site design, but I know nothing about PRO graphics software. Can you tell me what software to choose and what it will cost me?

                  I like to use illustrator for the bulk of my layouts & bring in Photoshop when I need to. I'll probably catch a little heat from some of the more advanced programmers here, but I like some of the features & UI that Dreamweaver & Fireworks kick out...
