Html Trouble, Help Needed

i have just changed my site around and are using 2 frames, a left one and a main one, left is like the navigation bar and the main frame is like a plugin personals script, now i have other parts of my site and you get to them by clicking on them in the left toolbar but it only comes up in that left toolbar, now ive added some javascript so that all site other than mine open up in a new window and so my sponsors still work, but when i click to go into my site they open in the left frame

Your A HREF statement should include a TARGET="Index" ( the name of your right frame ) in it .

Ive Tryed That <Target="index"> after my <a href>

now all it does is open it in a new window

Sounds like you fucked up the name in the TARGET="" bit.... it should be TARGET="NameOfFrameYouWantItToAppearIn"
