    ccbill or nats

i'm looking at billing options for the first time, ive looked for as much info as i could, but for those you actually use the services, could someone break down the differences between them and maybe offer a recommendation as to which way to go.

well that about covers it then , tho i wouldnt mind knowing if nats offers the same services as ccbill, if one is better then another, if theres another biller i might want to check out, or testimonials from people using these services

        Hi,

If you're a starting webmaster and don't have much cash to spare then I would go with an affilaite program of the processor.
the advantage of nats fro examlpe is that it doesn't make a difference with whcih processor the end user signs up. The sale is always credited to the affiliate. You can switch the primary and secondary biller for example without that having an affect for your affiliates.

(maybe affiliates will sign up sooner if you use Nats, but i'm not sure if that's the case).

              Hi Sicus,

We (verotel) are a processor ourselves, a competitor of ccbill.
In my previous post I didn't want to sound commercial and just wanted to answer your question. But if you want to know more about what we have to offer with regards to an affiliate program you can contact me directly.

My experience, affiliates love using nats. its better having a powerhouse of partners promoting yourself then just yourself. CCBILL is good but lacks alot of the functions of nats and stats even for the end user. But this comes at a cost. I started with ccbill and grew from there - they accomodate anyone. I've also used verotel, ticketsclub and in my brief test realized that alot of newbie users get confused at the setup of the initial join page.

so go ccbill. if you see drastic sales and can afford nats get it right away, would be good to start with but an expense most wouldnt want right away

thanks amaterurcanada, sounds like a good plan. if i start with ccbill and then go with nats if its needed or justified, will the affilates lose all their exsiting ccbill link codes?

barefoot, could you go into any more detail as to why they'd be a good choice?
