I have 2 plan to create galleries.

sample of plan B: futahentai.com/en_VANGUARD.html
which plan do u like better?any feedback is appreciated.

I recommend to keep the url as simple and as short as possible.

of course plan B is better because of shorter URL, but ....

if you plan to build and post galleries every day, I can recommend you to use plan A, because after a week of posting, you'll have thousands of files in one folder and this will be bad.

yeah you have to figure a clever way to manage that using folders

I use a date code like 20060614 so files are ordered by date.

date-based naming could also backfire if the naming pattern becomes easy to figure out. e.g. a surfer could then look at days... weeks...months worth of galleries just by tweaking the URL. It's of course up to you as to whether you see this as more chances to get some traffic/sales or just more bandwidth used.
