newbie needs backend

I've had no problem finding designers to do the graphics portion of a gay niche paysite.

Its the backend programming and coding that i'm having trouble finding someone for.

I was hoping for a progammer strong in a CMS such as SiteDepth, but I would be open to other CMS scripts or even a custom one.

Would you guys recommend that it would be easier to find someone to do the whole site scope instead: graphic design + the backend?

That depends if the software meets your needs. BTW, I'm a good PHP programmer. I did all my sites.
