    logo's on models clothes

i've seen a few sites where the models are wearing brandname clothing, is this allowable, or something they are just willing to risk?

if i take photos of a model in a nike t-shirt, wouldnt they be choked if she was getting choked with a fat cock?

try to avoid copyright infringement, if you have tunes in the background ask indie producers to give you permission or get royalty free stuff.. for logos, just be cautious or learn how to mosaic blur it out

yes unfortunately copyright infringement is a serious issue, companies like nike would not be impressed with an adult model in their clothes...although it would be a great slogan for their "Just Do It" campaign

thanks, i just saw the other day in a trailer, clearly a shot of 'elmo' panties, a few 'hurley' t-shirts as well. it all looks good to me, but the last thing id want is my site getting screwed over a clothing company.

You could always call nike and see if they want to chip you a few advertising bucks, it is worth a shot, look what they gave lebron james before he even was out of highschool, just tell them you will keep it on the hush!
