id say the best luck im having so far is thru the models themselves, i started with 1 girl, she told friends about it, two more came from that, talking to people at work, got me a few more leads as well. if you dont have at least one to start, theres places online for models looking for work, or around here the papers have a bunch of ad's for internet adult work. id say try the same thing
