fair payout question

im setting up a amateur site, exclusive content, which i produce myself. its turning out well so far, but im having a concern over how to split the revenue.

im looking for an investor for about 5000 and someone who can help find affliates. the best bet ive got so far seems to cover that, but in exchange, i will have to pay out 33% of the profits of the site and hand over 25% of the company.

so for any site owners, affliate managers etc, is this a standard payout? too high? or too low?

i'd say thats true in most cases, probably this one as well, but that doesnt answer the question
