Help with a submission form.......

Ok,

I got the form up as an htm , and it is online http://seductivemodeling.com/Model%20Application.htm

How do I make it that when you hit the submit button, it sends that info to my email address??

If you hit submit now it opens up outlook express, or whatever your default email service would be, and opens it like a new email. i want it to send the inputted info to my email.

bump for ya...I've never had to make a form myself, so I'm not too sure.
