I am just starting out wanted to know if anyone had a good reference book or DVD to get started I have purchased a name and host. I have not yet signed up with CCbill I would like to get some more help b4 I go and pay for the Visa.

What kind of sites are you starting out? If your new to this, ponder promoting others on freehosts etc to see if you can convert the traffic you seek out.
