Hello, and where to send exit traffic?

Hello GFY,

I've been sitting on the sidelines for a while, developing my own projects, and decided I'd better start asking people for advice every once in a while. Maybe that way I won't have to learn everything the hard way. ;)

So, I know that I've seen a few companies on here that specialize in exit traffic. Does anyone recommend any of these programs? Right now I'm just sending it to google.. and I realize it's just potential money going down the drain.

At this point, the more "user-friendly" the better.

that site must not have any adult content on it.. since its the exit traffic and google dosn't take adult sites anyway..
