I'll list the apropriate abuse contact email address listed in the SWIP of Arin's database (which is public) for the IP addresses of each domain:

This one is actually hosted in Amsterdam by NForce Entertainment so I assume they wouldn't care that a site they are hosting is violating a copyright law. The domain itself is registered with PublicDomainRegistry.com which resells for resellerclub.com, might as well try sending C&D to both of guys.

Remember that when you email them you need to somehow prove that these sites are breaking a law and/or going against the Terms of Service of each provider. Some data centers have really slow ass abuse team that would take week or two to get things done with, be a bit patient. Other data centers are really quick to respond to you or take a site down.

    Good luck!

ps> not allowed to post URLs or emails yet so it's been formatted weird.

That's pretty screwed up, I always thought they just signed up for accounts and then gave out the user and pass. Never knew they snagged existing users information. Good luck, hopefully you can stick it to them.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

Matt, I can promise you that it is not a waste of time if a) the location of the server hosting the content is within the continental United States and b) you have the necessary documentation required to prove that you are reporting the issue correctly.

I worked for two different companies, one virtual hosting with over 10,000 customers, then a well established data center in the South East with over 5000 dedicated and colocation servers. At both places, I was a part-time technician and a small amount of time everyday I worked, I focused on taking care of abuse issues. I mean, you can't simply write a 1-liner saying "TAKE THIS SITE DOWN NOW!" and expect a response unless it is hosting content that is obviously breaking the law. I actually even had the FBI send a huge list of image files being hosted on one of the servers and asked us to shut the site down and send the necessary information regarding who was running the server because the content was obviously illegal.

You should first write a cordial and self-explanatory C&D explaining to the abuse administrator what is really going on and how the site is against the Terms of Service of their company (go to their web site and find AUP or TOS) and quote their own TOS or AUP in your email. If your issue covers like a copyright violation or DMCA then make sure you mention this as well.

Now, please look at the tier below. You have every right and responsibility to contact each and every one of these companies that are involved. Each tier will be able to assist you in any way. I'd start from the top and contact the server operator then work your way down if you can't get any help. Contacting the FBI and stuff won't really work for DMCA/Copyright issues because they are so obscure but reporting illegal stuff like child pornography and such should work.

            Tier:
server owner / virtual hosting company (site 5, and tons of others)
network op center / data center (nac, layeredtech, etc)
            Backbone provider (mci, savvis, etc)

Anyway, my job was to read every single email that arrived at our abuse@ email address (and we got around 300-500 per 24 hour period so it was alot). Most of them were spam notices, some of them real spammer alerts on our network and others false alarms. I'd say I took care of about 85% of the notices that were sent and were legitimate.

Summary: Sorry for the long-ass reply, the whole point is if you are not bullshitting you can get your specific stuff removed from a site.
