Ok, I have a bunch of free pic and movie galleries, but what else do i need?

My site layout is unique, take a look at it http://www.perverthaven.com

I am getting 2400 uniques a day right now, but have only converted 2 sales!
What do i need to do to the site to get people to join?

Any tips, tricks or info would be appreciated.

Yeah, it's not the best, the layout is ok, but the background has to go. Stick with either a solid color or something that doesn't tile horribly. (I.E. no photos.)

Keep up with the way you lay it out though, just need some color changes and maybe a bit more graphics. But it's coming along nicely.

Any suggestions on graphics, and where i can buy some? I am no good in the graphics department.

You might want to try some free web templates on the net if your not good in design.

The girls in the background is just a piece of license free content i grabbed at adultchamber, but i tend to agree, it would be easier to see the text if the background was a solid color. I just dont know what color to go with, and as far as templates go, i would have no idea on how to out the templates into the site. I am a complete noob at this.

Just a quick few hints from my years as a webmaster (mainstream):
1) Stop opening links in new windows - if you can, avoid this, as it leaves many unused windows and generally annoys users; think new window, new site.
2) Change the font from the generic Times New Roman - it makes the site look amateurish.
3) Consider creating a logo and having a header (i.e. the logo to the left and a menu beneath).
4) Possibly consider dropping the background image altogether, or making it blend more - otherwise it looks like an image repeated over and over (which it is, but this doesn't look as smooth). Perhaps you could have the image just once, but position it using CSS.

That's about all i can think of so far. Sorry if i come over as being harsh in any way.

Anyone here have any free templates? Interested in flash, but not neccesary. Or do you guys have any good free websites that offer ADULT Templates?
