Problems contacting LIGHTSPEEDCASH??

Hey folks,

I am having a hell of a time getting a damn email reply from these people and I am their new webmaster and the support I've gone from this affiliate is next to ZERO.

Those with whom I do business are stellar people and I do busienss likely with a lot of you here on GFY, but can someone please clue me in on how to reach LIGHTSPEED??

I've been sending traffic and all, but no feedback whatsoever, no stats, no login info, nothing.

Any suggestions will help, we're going to be terminating our account with them and likely keeping the reviews up with an added section about the customer service ability of their network, killing the existing link to them period.

I hope it doesn't come to that, but in the end the bottom line matters and I am not going to wast time over someone that doesn't give a damn. Absolutely blissful business relations with ALL other affiliates of ours, and i cannot get over the fact that I have had these guys sites reviewed, published on my site, sent traffic to them, andn like i said NOTHING from them...and all I want is access to their support.

I just wanted to come back to the board and state that the issue has been resolved thanks to GFY and Steve's quick attention to Porn Excellence's needs. Our attempts to contact the LIGHTSPEED CASH were not successful in the past 5 months randomly, but that's not to suggest ANYTHING negative about Lightspeed, it is likely and hopefully an isolated incident.

In fact the reason I obviously started this thread on GFY to reach out to everyone was in hopes of getting connected with Lighspeed to do business and not to spread any negativity towards Lightspeed, Steve, or anyone else at Lightspeed. No pun intended, I just needed some closure on the communication barrier.
