“If you can convince the lowest white man he’s better than the best colored man, he won’t notice you’re picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he’ll empty his pockets for you.”
If you need that much bandwidth you need a dedicated server. No shared accounts can honestly provide you with this. Shared accounts currently try to sell you 1TB but will cut you off long before with whatever excuse they can think of. "to many connectinons to the server" what the fuck how else do you think i am going to kill 1TB of bandwidth!
That is going to cost you anywhere between 2,000 and 6,000 month depending on the hosting company's hardware and bandwidth providers, (and of course profit margin) so cheap will be relative.
I can get you a fully managed plan, including backups, with 9000 gig (0.30/GB Overage) of transfer for $4000.00 / Month. 50% off for the first three months.
Also, on those unmetered servers try pushing 5000 gigs through them and see how far you get unmetered

It's all about where you're getting your unmetered bandwidth from ;) Sure, some companies oversubscribe, oversell and basically sell you congested uplinks - but the same can be true for metered servers.
Find unmetered servers with dedicated bandwidth, and you should be just fine. You may want to get around 50Mbps to account for burstability and growth - though upgrading in the future should still be painless.
