Im wanting to get an epass account, they have 2 different options right, well, from what I have read (on their site somewhere) that there might be complications if payments that have been made are not closed properly, there is a fee... Is this correct?

Also, if I go for the personal option, will I be able to continue having my monthly bills come off of it or will there be conflicts?

I think you are referring to the virtual card.

What happens is that sometimes the merchant place a pending charge on the card and does not lift it again, when this happens ePassporte has to wait for 30 days before we can drop the pending charge.

With a personal account you can pay recurring charges with the virtual card.

Well, if you need the pending charge lifted sooner, you can have the merchant send epassporte a fax or a document to authorize the lifting of the pending charges. I did that before and it worked like a charm. It will only work if the merchant is cooperative.
