Vegas encoding question?

Hi all,

I have a 15 min mpeg2 scene that needs to be encoded in 1-2Mb clips in WMV and MOV formats as a download option. What settings do I need? Any help would be appreciated.

There is a free script available at the homepage of vegas video, download it and it will do the job

VeggieTool does it. It has an option to render the scene in any size clips.
