Making hosted galleries with CCbill?

I have no idea how to make my galleries "Hosted Galleries" for affiliates.

That link shows I have them setup currently, what do I need to do so that they are considered Hosted?

hosted gallery implies that the page is sitting on your server...

you need to add a unique id for the affiliate onto the url and pass it to some server sided script and database

did that make any sense?
