RSS script for sponsors?

is there such script to be purchased for sponsors to be able to offer RSS feeds to its affiliates?

I could write you something custom if you wanted; done feeds for several sites. Since the info getting published by RSS would be pretty integral to whatever system is maintaining the data, if those feeds weren't provided as part of that system, you'd have to manually hook something in (which is what i'm describing here), and schedule a job to periodically refresh it so the feeds would stay updated.
