Even slow to load from my 100Mb ethernet. Definitely a server-side issue. Nice site layout. You should look at highlighting your top 5 girls. Just my opinion.

Try do some SEO I found there is only a titile in your HEAD tag. Write those important indecators in the begining because the SE traffic grows up very slowly. You can check my site to see them in HEAD tag.
