Terrible start - what did I do wrong !?!?

After my first day I have productivity of just 32%.

I have about a dozen trades with varying results and have had 4000 hits and am skimming 60%. I've bought decent traffic, have an OK design running under Comus & ATX. I kinda hoped for a better start.

Any ideas what I might have got wrong ?

Are you talking about thedailybabe.net? I'm pretty new too the adult world but I'd say add a "book mark" graphics or link on there if I were you.

Maybe add "more friends" refeers in the center instead of at the end.

What template are you using? Why are your thumbs not the same size and why so much space between them? Where did you buy traffic from, some is much better than others for tgps to grow!

Look into using the prod 2 setup, it works the best and I would increase the size of your thumbs! I good clue to productivity is in the link at the bottom of your site to more comus sites, look at the list, look at the productivity they get and see how they are doing it !!

I signed up for trading and noticed a lot of outgoing are leading to trades.. Look around at the comus forums and make sure your settings are right.

with a .net you certainly need bookmark links everywhere. Also give them variety and see what they like.

Would suggest daily POTD's (picture of the day) from a variety of sponsors, and whatever doesn't get clicks/sales, eliminate as you go.

POTD's aren't needed on a comus site, with comus the thumbs that are doing better are moved to better locations for higher productivity.
For buying traffic, choker is pretty good, but make sure the traffic your buying matchs the tgp your sending it to, only trade with sites like yours, other thumb sites!
What kind of traffic are you getting right now? And what productivity?

Tborg there are a kazillion sites like yours, think saturation.Every blog has naked babes, I think you would be more succesfull with a niche tgp. And with niche I don't mean a babe or boobs niche or teens or lesbians. Try something more original.

If your doing 4k after your first day you are doing pretty good. Your productivity is low because you don't have anything to make the surfers want to click on links,gfx3 had a good point. Plus productivity is always low at first give it time and let your script do it's work.

there are alot of sites like that, why , because they work, there are alot of Comus TGP's getting over 100k a day with similar designs!!
