anyone know of places to submit adult related articles? (for marketing purposes) Most article databases won't even accept stuff that even touches adult.

All of the news sites take freelance submissions - Xbiz, AVN, KLIXX and others. Contact the editors and pitch your idea. Depending on what kind of articles you're writing there are also dating and sex shop websites that take consumer based articles on sexy topics and will give you a link back (Which is what I assume you're after?)
