I would say that depends on a few more things:

Where are you shooting? I guess you'd probably have to pay more in the US or Canada, than somewhere in Hungary or the Czech Republic.
Is it a one-time thing, or are you shooting with the same girl on a regular basis?
If it's for a sologirl site, does the girl get a share of the revenue generated and how much?
And so on...

To sum it up from a business point of view: As little as possible, but enough so the girl doesn't feel ripped of.

As for me: Probably way too much. But then again I'm a nice guy and like to be friends with the girls I work with.

We have a system. Always pay the women on a per hour basis but negotiate a "flat rate" for several videos. If your beginning, pay them more to encourage referrals. It may cost more, but in the end you will get a constant amount of models. Pay depends - in the western parts of Canada you can go 300 per hour for hardcore. In Toronto and eastern your looking at 100-200 an hour but usually 450 for a half day rate.

Try to pay as less as possible as the other gentleman said.. but keep it wher ethe models are happy :D
