As far as I know most people who are serious about their business won't start without at least one (better two or three) year worth of content - at least for sologirl site.

Being it a multi-girl site you could probably try it with less, as you're not fucked if one of the girls bails out. You'd just have to find another one...

ok, id go with 15-20 initial tour videos and then make sure you have one per week showing updates weekly for at least a year.

wow.....thats a huge startup. i planned on having like 1-3 girls lined up and doing some shoots, then constantly working on it from there.

i dont know if this is a huge wakeup call or what for me, but i gotta start replanning this

Ive seen people do it that way (few videos and sets) - just expect many cancellations as people get into your site and realise you have enough content to last them a few hours tops.

You'll be competing with sites with 20k plus pictures and 100's of videos, that also update on a scarily frequent basis.

min 15 hours of vid, plus another 50 for a years worth of updates, 10k in good pics. all exclusive. Fuck the feeds. They are good filler, but are not going to keep a member in your site. Then do a weekly update (at least) with a good picture set and a related video or something like that. Try to also build a repore with your members, maybe have the girls do regualr camshows where the members get the shows for free and are able to talk with the girls (s) Anything less your really just wasting your time.
