    SEO question - updating content

    i have a few basic freesites with an index page and a page for every girl.. every update i add a page with a new girl and add links on all the other pages, how often should i update, one a day? three days? a week?

    It depends on how often the google bot and other spiders will check your site. How often - depends on PR (pagerank). You need to read about PR on the SEO (search engine optimization) boards. For example, if you had a hard permanent link from a PR4 page - the google spider will refresh your index page ever 2-3 days and could add your internal pages with unique content in a 2-4 weeks. It is just an appropriate example, if you would have hard link from PR5 or PR6 page, the process could be faster.
    You can check the updates manually, refreshing your site and checking in the search engines using "site:yourdomain.com" and view the "Cashed" links in the search results pages - it will explain to you how often your index page and other pages were refreshed in google database.

      Updates

      The more you update the site the more google's spider visits your site. You should contantely update your site. If you can update twise a day do it.
