I signed up with SpunkyCash and when I click on hosten galleries, it tells me that I need a calid CCbill number, which I was given.... it's a single didgit number, is this right?

VERY unlikely. Most CCBill IDs are 6 or 7 seven digits...

After you login, click on tools. It will be the one all the way on the left, not the one that starts with a 9.
