    Using your images without permission

    I know this is an old one, but how do you heavy hitters put the heat to a site owner using your images without permission?

    Here is my situation. I ran across a message board (Not GFY) that has one of my girls in its main page banner. Hey, I am thinking this guy is showing me love, so I register, and make posts that promote my sites. There are no clear cut rule against posting advertisements outside of the links to sites section.

    So this guy sends me a PM telling me it came to his attention most of my posts were ads for my sites, and told me don't do it again.

    How should I go about telling this character about using my image?

    I don't mind risking him banning me, but I want him to know he should give a little to get a little.

      1. your a fool to begin with and deserve having people steal ur shit.

      " tell them in a polite business way?"

      wtf kind of businessperson are you?

      a real business person has their material protected and an attorney who will enforce that protection.

      you want " business like advice from this board? roflmfao, these people are thieves, fooling people .

      thats what u get for cutting corners.

      had ur pics been protected, fuck do u care who steals ur shit, this way when u catch them, u fuckin sue them and make crazy cash from their stupidity. I personally welcome people stealing my shit.

      in 2005, i made about 90 grand from suing people using my shit.

      let them fuckin steal

          Choppa -

          I'd recommend taking the businesslike approach. Maybe they just admire your work, and want to use it. Maybe ask them for some kind of small royalty, before you get really mad with him. Turn it into a profitable experience for you, I guess.

          Thanks
