    Unless I misunderstand your question, you need to do that with the domain registrar.

      yes all dns changes are with your domain registar

        Before you want to manage your own DNS be sure that it point to this server first.
        If the DNS managed by the same server you can use Addon Domains in cPanel to create the DNS records automaticly. And if you want to modify more records you will need to enter whm. The whm is the interface the top layer before cPanel.

          Everything with cpanel is pretty much automatic. When you first set it up and get your IP's it will ask what two ips you want to use and then it takes off from there. Can you be more specific?

            You need to change your nameserver at your Registrar.
            It's place where you register your domain.
