Plugins and some other ?'s

I'm looking for some thumbnail/movie plugins/sponsors like perfectgonzo.com that you can put so it rolates and looks like a TGG.

Also, I just setup a website with tgp, link dump, adult shop, and some other stuff....I traded some links from other websites, added to some search engines (does this help a lot?) I usedWEB CEO to submit.

Are there any good websites that I can buy traffic that is good, maybe cheap as possible, and i'd prefer paypal if possible to pay since I have tons of money I wanna just get rid of in my paypal. it doesnt have to be though.

automatic submission I think is a wast of time. Linking from other websites is better

I'll try them all......keep 'em coming if you know any other plugins. Do you think that's enough for submitting to search engines w/ web ceo? Or is there anything better?

So I have 3 sponsors with tgp plugins....does anyone know any other sponsors with these types of plugins? More would be great!
