Sites like TheHun.com ... Lets say i were gonna make something similar, is it considered "stealing" if i grab links posted to his site, and put them on mine until i get actual submissions?

Please dont flame, im very new and figured the webmaster of the link i took will be apreciative that he gets another site promoting his galary. If this is a no-no in the biz, please tell me.

You definitely don't want to steal links from thehun. Getting submissions is easy, no need to steal them and wind up in court or getting your server brought to its knees by an angry hun.
