How to make thumbs?

Hi there,

I was wondering whats the easisest way to cut thumbs out of a preview gallery. At all TGP sites I see thumbs that have the same height and wide (example 50 X 50). The program I work with now is Macromedia Fireworks MX and it is pretty hard to learn it...

If you use Photoshop is very easy. The croping tool can be adjusted to dimensions you want.Then "save for web". Voila!

If you want to do quick batch resizes of images, M$ has a program called 'Powertoy Resizer'... it's shell integrated, and can resize a folder full of files to any dimensions you like, in seconds!

Also, Arles Image Webpage Creator is quick and easy to use to create fast galleries... it resizes images, creates thumbnails, creates all the pages, and all in a few clicks! I use it to create galleries and then apply a template to it after that! Nice, simple, and quick!
