I might reccommend against exmasters.
Their website says "You can contact us in any day or night hour. "

But so far tonight, I have all my sites down, and they aren't responding to Live chat, answering the 1-800 number, nor have they replied to my email.

I used to say dreamhost but after a lousy experience, I'd say, hedge your bets.
