Affiliates?

Hi i'm setting up my own teen paysite with 100% origional content we are going to set up an affiliate program and idon't mind sharing the cash, what is the best way to get good quality affilliates and should we be doing our own tgp submissions? What realistically can we be looking at members wise in the first few months if the quality of the content is high?

the questions you ask are too general.
There is no BEST way to get affs. Just the usual ones. Buy advertising space, buy sigs etc. and of course use your creativity ... get yourself affiliate managers or do it by yourself go to your affs directly .. there are many ways. It's all marketing.

The more traffic you get the better it is . So yes

It depends on how many sales you make. And that depends on the amount of traffic you send. And that depends on your traffic sources. When you get TheHun,al4a,lumberjack pushing your affiliate program you can be sure to make some nice money ;)

I'd suggest to gain some more experience in this biz though before starting your own paysite.

Thanks you've been really helpful, basically we already have a site with loads of ametuer soft core images and we produce student calendars for the UK market so we have a fair bit of experience in finding hot girls and getting high quality pics. We also get a lot of exposure in national media when the calendars are released which drive alot of traffic to the site. We recently took a photographer on our payroll and some of the calendar grils are interested in doing single girl sites. So basically we can prouce a high quality paysite for little cost and we alrady have 15,000 active (non paying) users on our site and have had around 20,000 unique visits a day to the site. Check th site out its babesandboys.com at the moment it's just a calendar casting site but as i said we are expanding the whole operation to include single girl paysites.

So really i was just wondering the best way to bring in more traffic but everything you've said makes sense, i'll post more info up here when the paysites and affiliate programme are ready to go!!
