Need help with SEO

Hi fellaz, some of my clients want SEO, but i'm not very experienced with that, could anyone help me find good resources about it? Tools? articles?

That's a very good tutorial, but.. 15k a day? haha let's be realistic.. hmm?
It's good but I probably need alot more than that to get in the business hard.

SEO is not just one thing...there is Pay Per Click and getting "organic listings". PPC involves getting the right keywords and doing good copy writing. Then you can go high tech and run programs that track your bids, etc. Organic or natural SEO is all about linking...buying or trading links from other sites related to your site, getting listed in directories, getting picked up by the blogs, etc.

You got to talk to your clients and ask them what their objectives are then see if you can provide those services.

oh yeah, I forgot...you also have to decide if you are going to be white hat or black hat or some shade of grey ;-)

Spider Ninja, what is the difference between the white hat and black? and grey?

Moses, basically a Black Hat spams the engines...they do whatever they can to stuff tons of pages into the engines...doorway pages created by scripts, etc.

A White Hat also spams the engines, but in a different way...they write keyword rich pages by hand and get (buy) good links. White Hats also spam the SEO forums by calling it "ethical" SEO

Most SEO guys are grey hat...just have fun with it and see what happens. Tell me when you get good enough so I can pay you to do SEO work for me

make a nice clean site and list it in every search engine u could get ur hands on there are sites that can help u do it faster by providing the sites for you look around google or yahoo
