reliable server management?

thanks for the response, but that's not much help. Google doesn't give reccomendations or user experiences.

Plus, knowing what I know and being who I am - I'm not inclined to trust an easily manipulated source like google when I'm trying to decide where to spend my money on who's going to take care of my baby. :P
