Currently I am using webalizer. Are there any other good stats programs anyone uses?

I use AW, and AddFreeStats. To carry a button for AFS at the footer is a small concesion to make for the wealth of information. The count is not as accurate as AW, but I suspect it's because that it uses Java. No clue there though.
