Help Wanted

is growing contstantly theres quite a few sites on there now
and yet my traffic dosn't seem to be growing
Am averaging about 400 hits per day constant
but no matter haw many new sites are added, the hits dont seem to change

Is there any other ways I can get traffic there without spending money because I seem to be banging my head against a brick wall with it

Any help and advice welcomed
